Some wedding days feel like a beautiful blend of elegance, love, and family - the kind that gently tugs at your heartstrings all day long. That’s exactly what Morgan and Patrick’s wedding at the Country Club of New Canaan in Connecticut was: a warm, radiant celebration on a crisp fall day, surrounded by golden trees, sweet pups, their precious daughter, and a whole lot of love.

THE COUPLE
Morgan and Patrick are the kind of couple you feel instantly comfortable around - warm, easygoing, and deeply in sync. They’ve built a beautiful life together already, and their wedding day felt like a celebration of everything they’ve created - especially with the inclusion of their daughter, who played a special role throughout the day.
Their love for each other is quiet and steady, full of tenderness. And it was so clear just how cherished they are by everyone present - especially by their parents. You could feel it in every hug, every toast, and every adoring glance.
THE VENUE
The Country Club of New Canaan was absolutely glowing that day. The grounds were bursting with autumnal foliage, and the weather could not have been more perfect - golden sunlight filtering through the trees, crisp air, and not a cloud in the sky. It was the kind of fall day that feels like it was made for celebrating, especially towards the end of a season that was filled with rain.
The outdoor portraits were especially magical - Morgan and Patrick wandering the grounds, the light catching in Morgan’s beautifully braided hair, and the leaves crunching gently underfoot. It was storybook beautiful.
THE DETAILS
Morgan wore a stunning lace gown with timeless elegance, her hair styled in a romantic braid that wrapped beautifully along the side, adding softness and texture to her look. Patrick kept things classic with a black suit, looking completely smitten every time he looked at her.
Their color palette was soft and serene, with shades of white and powder blue giving everything a crisp, fresh feel that paired perfectly with the fall backdrop. Every detail felt carefully chosen but not overdone, striking a lovely balance between refined and heartfelt.
Including their dogs added such a personal, joyful touch, and their daughter’s presence throughout the day brought extra emotion to every moment. This wasn’t just a wedding - it was a celebration of their family, and everything they’re growing into together.
THE RECEPTION
The entire day felt light and joyful - from their vows to the dancing to the little in-between moments Erika captured so beautifully. There was laughter, happy tears, and a sense of ease that made the whole celebration feel truly meaningful.
