Mount Gulian Wedding // Haylee + Brian
Confession:
Sometimes I choose the photos for blog posts, but then let myself mull over the right words to put down to describe these beautiful days that I have the honor of being a part of. I chose the photos in this blog post in April. It’s now June, and here I am, finally putting figurative pen to paper to describe Haylee + Brian’s wedding day. Sometimes, it’s just so dang hard…
Briella + Zach // A Meaningful Mountain-View Wedding at Hudson Valley Weddings at the Hill in Hudson, NY
When I walked down the aisle at my own wedding, I carried two bouquets - one for myself, and one for my mom. At the head of the aisle, before I joined hands with my husband, I laid my mom’s bouquet on her chair. The chair was empty, but it was reserved for her. Shana + Rob // An Intimate Park Wedding at Clermont State Historic Site in Germantown, NY
Shana + Rob are what I refer to as the realest of the real. I remember meeting them at our initial consultation, and thinking, Wow - these people feel like old friends; I could talk to them for days. Seriously. They are confident, but kind. They were excited, but down-to-earth. Their wedding day was gorgeous, and oh so them...
Jessie + Chris // A Private Estate Wedding in Hyde Park, NY
Wedding days are often hard to put into words. How can one adequately describe the palpable excitement in the air, the smell of the bouquets, the flow of a veil, the giggles amongst friends? ...
